Connecting the ST16 or ST16s to the Internet

Due to potential dangers of unsecured Wi-Fi connections, UAV hobby owners, commercial Remote Pilots, etc. need to be cautious of connecting their tablets to the open internet. Likewise, loading apps of any sort should be generally avoided.

If you need to connect to the internet for a specific reason, use your secure router, enter your access code, and carry out the activity. When finished, tell your tablet to "Forget" the access point. It is not enough to "Disconnect" or turn off Wi-Fi, as the tablet may reconnect later automatically.
